    Quiet and peaceful room with a lovely view of the swimming pool. Enjoyed the spacious gym and relaxing sauna. Breakfast offered a wide selection and was delicious. The city skyline view from my room was beautiful. The street noise at night was quite disruptive. Loud motorbikes and vendors were hard to ignore. The room felt a bit small for my liking. I appreciated the convenient location near major shopping malls, but the noise issue might deter me from returning.

    Strategic and convenient setting, really close to the two malls across the road, two big shopping malls Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia by walk, and transport. Good food in the lobby restaurant in the vicinity.

    The dining scene here is a treasure trove! From the delectable offerings at Ginza Sushi Ichi to the sweet indulgences at Le Chocolat Lounge, my culinary expedition was sensational. Plus, the staff made checking in easy, and I enjoyed a cozy room with a view.

    Check-in was no walk in the park, taking over an hour, and the bathroom lights were a tad grimy-someone could've used a little wipe-down magic. Still, the charm sparkled through!

    overall real good stay that would recommend for everyone to at least try for one night. massive breakfast with wide selections of food for all tastes. handy, top location in the city centre. close to the plaza indonesia mall, two big shopping malls plaza indonesia and grand indonesia by walk, and other business districts.

    The Executive Lounge is a standout feature, with a great breakfast selection and an enjoyable cocktail hour. The lobby is spacious and modern.

    The rooms can be inconsistent in quality. For instance, the stated dimensions of my room were off, feeling smaller than advertised. I noticed a stale smell upon entering, even in supposedly non-smoking accommodations, a bit unsettling. Finally, it seems room service can be hit or miss, taking longer than expected for simple requests like dry cleaning.

    Two of the best features of this hotel is its cleanliness and customer- centric employees. The rooms are clean and the toilet -- it is the first thing my wife and I would do is to check the toilet -- it is squeaky clean. The customer service is great - it is natural of Indonesians in hospitality industry to be extremely polite to customers but this hotel employees have gone extra mile for what we ask and inquire. Kudos to the hotel management. The other good feature is its vicinity to the shopping complex, Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia Shopping Town (typical of Indonesian Chinese wanting to grossly exaggerate the size of the mall). SInce our arrival in the midst of Jakarta Great Sale (17 June - 17 July), it was indeed heaven for us, shopaholics!

    Just outside the hotel, there is a long and elongated pedestrian bridge, with lots of steps, to Plaza Indonesia. For those who have back pain, you can easily get prolapsed disc if you try climbing the steps with your shopping bags in both hands. It is safe to use the pedestrian bridge during the day, but it may pose some danger to tourists. I think the hotel should deploy some security personnel there.

    I love hotel nikko!! Although the room is small, it is very comfortable and cozy. U are able to watch tv from the bathroom as the bathroom walls are glass. There's a full blackout roller curtains, so you dont have to worry if you were to share the room with your friend. Their swimming pool is a heated pool, perfect for a night swim. Very clean and pretty. They have tight security too. It's the same as most malls. We have to go through a check before we could enter the door. The location is very good. Just opp our hotel is plaza indonesia/hyatt hotel. And next to plaza indonesia is Grand indonesia. Both luxury and casual shopping. With nice cafes and restaurants.

    They only provide one set of toothbrush for a room for 2. other than that it was really a cozy stay.
